What Nexshift.ai does
Nexshift.ai is a business-to-business software platform that helps enterprises
automate customer conversations across multiple channels. Businesses use
Nexshift.ai to run outbound and inbound engagement journeys — collections
reminders, lead qualification, appointment booking, customer support, and
renewals — using AI voice agents, WhatsApp bots, SMS, and human agents
working from a single orchestrated workflow.
The platform is used by financial institutions, edtech, proptech, and hiring
platforms. It integrates with existing CRMs, loan management systems, dialers,
analytics, and ticketing tools.
NexUnifiedConnect — a Nexshift.ai product
NexUnifiedConnect is our business integration platform. It connects the
messaging, email and scheduling accounts a business already owns — WhatsApp, LinkedIn,
Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Meet and Zoom — into a single secure API. Teams use
NexUnifiedConnect to send and receive messages, read and send email, create calendar events and
Google Meet links, book meetings, and receive real-time webhooks from one place, instead of
building a separate integration for every vendor.

nexunifiedconnect.nexshift.ai.

Why connect a Google account?
NexUnifiedConnect uses Google OAuth only when a user chooses to connect their Google account —
it is never required to use the product. Connecting enables the Google features of the platform:
Google Calendar scheduling, Google Meet links on the events it creates, and Gmail integration so
email sits in the same unified inbox as other channels. Only the permissions required for the
features the user enables are requested, and an account can be disconnected at any time.
How NexUnifiedConnect uses Google user data
NexUnifiedConnect accesses a Google account only after you choose to connect it, and only for the
connectors you enable. It requests these scopes:
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar — read and create calendar events on your behalf, including attaching Google Meet links.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.readonly — read messages in your mailbox so email appears in your unified inbox. Read-only; nothing is changed or deleted.https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send — send email from your address when you reply to a conversation.
This access is used solely to deliver the features you request. NexUnifiedConnect’s use and
transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the
Google API Services User Data Policy,
including the Limited Use requirements. Google user data is never sold or used for advertising.

You do not need to sign in to view information about Nexshift.ai. The customer
application (used by paying customers to manage their voice and chat campaigns)
is a separate authenticated console at console.nexshift.ai. The website you are
reading now is the public marketing home page.
