What you'll do

  • Develop and optimize low-latency speech-to-text and text-to-speech pipelines.
  • Design conversation flows and prompt strategies for reliable, on-brand calls.
  • Integrate telephony and LLM providers, and monitor call quality in production.

What we're looking for

  • 3+ years building backend or ML systems (Python/TypeScript).
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs, speech models, or real-time audio.
  • A bias for measuring quality and iterating fast.
