Coaches & Course Creators

TagMango sign-up at 11pm. AI called, qualified and booked a Zoom by 11:01pm.

A business coach running a 7-figure course + mentorship funnel on TagMango · identity withheld

An AI voice employee now fires on every TagMango webhook, calls the lead within 60 seconds in the language they prefer, qualifies against the coach's own criteria (budget, timeline, stage of business), books a Zoom slot on the coach's real calendar during the call, and writes the full transcript + outcome back to NexCRM. The coach walks into every Zoom knowing exactly what the client wants.

Before vs after

Before Nexshift.ai

  • 36-hour first-call time, by which point faster-moving competitors had already closed the lead.
  • The coach herself trying to do sales, product delivery and marketing — context switching all day.
  • No attribution. "Instagram worked" vs "Facebook worked" was a vibe, not data.
  • 11pm sign-ups didn't get called until Monday afternoon. The intent was gone.

With Nexshift.ai

  • 60-second first-call time. The lead is still in the room they signed up in.
  • The coach only shows up for the Zoom — pre-qualified, pre-booked, pre-briefed.
  • Every TagMango offer, every ad, every landing page has a real conversion number attached.
  • Saturday-night sign-ups get a conversation before Sunday breakfast.

The challenge — A high-ticket coaching business running paid ads to TagMango free classes, generating 50-80 leads a week. The coach herself was the primary sales person. Her first-call time averaged 36 hours. By the time she called, a measurable share of leads had already bought from faster-moving competitors or gone cold on the specific moment of intent that got them to sign up.

Fast first-call is the whole game

In coaching and course sales, the gap between a free-class sign-up and the first real human call is where the money lives. Industry research for inbound sales puts the drop-off at roughly 10x if you call within 5 minutes versus 24 hours — the lead is in the exact moment of considering their problem, and whoever shows up during that moment usually wins.

The coach in this case had everything else figured out: good product, good content, a credible brand, a working TagMango funnel driving leads at a reasonable cost. The one gap — the thing capping her monthly revenue — was that she physically couldn't be the first-touch for 50-80 leads a week while also delivering her programme. Hiring a sales person was an option but expensive at her scale, and the right person was hard to find.

An AI employee that behaves like a trained SDR

NexShift deployed an AI voice employee configured to the coach's specific qualifier, tone and offer stack. The AI calls every TagMango lead within 60 seconds, opens with the coach's brand, asks the specific qualifying questions (business stage, revenue range, biggest current challenge, timeline for a decision), and either books the coach's Google Calendar for a Zoom in-call or drops the lead into a longer nurture.

The qualifier is tuned on real conversations. The tone matches the coach's own brand voice. The script sounds like a trained SDR — because that's what it is, except available at 11pm on a Saturday with 60-second response time, in any Indian language.

The coach only shows up to close

The coach's calendar used to be dominated by cold intro calls. It's now dominated by closing calls — Zooms where the lead has already been qualified, has booked the slot herself, knows what to expect, and specifically wanted to speak to the coach. The win rate per Zoom is dramatically higher. The total Zooms per week is lower. The revenue is up and the coach's calendar has more white space.

What this doesn't fit

This isn't a cold-outbound tool. The lead has already raised their hand on TagMango. If the use case is cold-dialling a purchased list, the compliance posture, tone and expected outcomes are entirely different — and shouldn't be modelled on this.

The AI also doesn't replace the final close conversation for high-ticket mentorship. For a ₹1.5L+ programme, the client expects to speak to the coach before paying. The AI's job ends at a booked Zoom with a qualified lead; the coach's job starts there.

See it run on your conversations.
